Return to office directives should be predicated on everyone having an office of their own. Forcing staff to hotdesk out of a backpack using lockers that are emptied every day, without even a desk of their own, isn’t an “office”.
Rev. Genesis 🇮🇪 🇳🇿 I see the office as a place to strengthen social connections in order to do better work together when NOT in the office, not somewhere to do real work. Waltz in once a week or so, have many coffees, enjoy a bit of friendly banter, waltz out! Desks and lockers not required in that scenario.
